    The hotel offered amazing views of the

    Lake, particularly from the dining area. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, although the coffee service could be improved. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

    Very welcoming and friendly reception - and a free upgrade to a suite, managed with no pomp or fuss. All staff were efficient, polite and courteous. Lovely, relaxing ambience to it all.

    There were 2 things that let it down: 1) the internet connection in the suite didn't work, but there were also public access areas in the hotel that made it possible to do what we needed. 2) Breakfast - the coffee machine had apparently broken, leaving us still gasping for coffee after a 30 minute wait. And the selection was adequate, but not extensive, which is what you would expect for a hotel such as the Kempinski. That said, overall this was a very positive and pleasant experience.

    I had a great time enjoying the lovely indoor heated pool and relaxing sauna during my stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the waffles were out of this world! My only minor complaint was that the hairdryer in my room was a bit outdated, but overall, I really enjoyed my experience! 😊

    The location of the hotel is the best, rooms are clean and relativly new, the staff of the hotel specially the concierge Jereme and Jonathan were amazingly top class and helpfull.

    This was a honeymoon trip and within we have visited Rome, Capri, Venice, Geneve, and Paris. This hotel is the only hotel that didn't even bother to give us an upgrade in any way not even a better view room. Other hotel all upgrded us and one hotel gave us thier best suit and it was a 5 start hotel.

    The highlight was the amazing lake view from my room. I couldn't get enough of it! The breakfast was a delight, especially the freshly baked croissants. The room felt a bit dusty upon arrival 😊

    Hotel is great , queit , and clean

    Far from city center and shopping streets. No public transportation close by except Taxis. So one will walk for 15 min at least to get To the nearest shopping centers.
